Can I change tiers mid-contract?

Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next calendar month, with 30 days notice. Upgrade anytime. Downgrade with 30 days notice after the 90-day minimum. We do not prorate mid-month, the cadence is monthly for a reason.

What you cannot do is swap tiers every 30 days to game pricing. If you are constantly tier-shopping, we will tell you honestly that iHost is not the right fit. The model works when scope is stable enough to compound, not when it changes every month.

What is the minimum commitment?

90 days. After that, cancel with 30 days notice.

The 90-day floor is not a lock-in, it is a reality check. SEO, sales pipeline, and engineering builds produce nothing meaningful inside 30 days. Taking a monthly plan that cannot show progress against the baseline would be selling you something we know will not work. We will not do that.

If a 90-day minimum is a dealbreaker, Enterprise tier occasionally supports shorter scoped engagements. Ask on the sales call.

Do unused services roll over month to month?

No. And this is the point.

Traditional agencies sell credit packs or hour pools that roll over. Clients forget to use them, the agency bills the unused time anyway, and scope creeps until the engagement is a pile of forgotten deliverables.

iHost monthly plans are scope-based, not hour-based. You are paying for a defined weekly cadence and defined outputs. If a week is lighter than usual, we do more the following week, or we get ahead on next quarter's work. Nothing disappears into a credit pool.

What if I want a service you do not list?

Ask. Enterprise scope handles most unusual requests. Custom dashboards, specialized integrations, scope that sits between two of our practices, one-off sprints alongside a monthly plan, all of this lands in the Enterprise conversation.

What we will not do: full SaaS product development, long-term dev team augmentation without a defined scope, ad creative for broadcast media, PR campaigns, or anything outside the AI Marketing, AI Sales, and AI Engineering core. If you need something we do not do, we will tell you and point you at the firms that do it well.

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

Monthly invoicing, net 15. Credit card, ACH, or wire. First invoice goes out on day one of the engagement, covering month one. Subsequent invoices go out on the first business day of each month.

No setup fees. No onboarding fees. The first month covers the baseline report, strategy session, and whatever execution ships in the first four weeks, same as every month after.

Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid annually up front: 10% off the monthly rate, billed once. For Scale tier that is $102,600/yr instead of $114,000/yr. For Growth that is $48,600/yr instead of $54,000/yr.

Annual commitments still run on monthly cancellation terms after the 12 months. Annual does not lock you into a second year.

We do not discount on longer terms than 12 months. A two-year discount would require us to assume a pricing structure two years out, and the AI services market is moving too fast to hold that pose.

Question 7

Does pricing include ad spend, software, or third-party costs?

Accepted Answer

No. Pricing covers iHost's work: agents, supervision, strategy, reporting. Ad spend, SaaS subscriptions (your CRM, your marketing automation, your rank tracking if you want a specific vendor), and third-party content costs are passed through at cost or billed directly to your accounts.

Most iHost tools (rank tracking, AEO monitoring, competitor analysis) are covered in the monthly plan. If a client-specific tool is needed (your existing HubSpot, your existing Ahrefs seat), we use yours. We do not mark up SaaS or ad spend.

What happens if I am not getting results?

We end the engagement before that becomes a problem. The 90-day baseline exists so that by day 90 we know whether the strategy is working. If the priority metrics are flat, we tell you, we propose a revised strategy, and if the revised strategy does not land by day 120, we end the engagement ourselves.

An engagement that is not producing results is one that will not be renewed, and we would rather end it clean than ride it out for the billings. Our growth comes from clients who renew because the numbers moved, not from clients who stick around out of inertia.
