Can I change tiers mid-contract?

Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of the next calendar month with 30 days notice. Upgrade anytime. Downgrade with 30 days notice after the 90-day minimum. We do not prorate mid-month; the cadence is monthly for a reason.

What you cannot do is swap tiers every 30 days to game pricing. The model works when scope is stable enough to compound.

What is the minimum commitment?

90 days. After that, cancel with 30 days notice.

The 90-day floor is a reality check, not a lock-in. SEO, sales pipeline, and engineering builds produce nothing you can judge inside 30 days. Selling you a monthly plan that cannot show progress against a baseline would be selling you something we know will not work.

Do unused services roll over month to month?

No, and that is the point. Plans are scope-based, not hour-based. You pay for a defined weekly cadence and defined outputs. If a week is lighter than usual, we do more the following week or get ahead on next quarter. Nothing disappears into a credit pool.

Question 4

What if I want a service you do not list?

Accepted Answer

Ask. Enterprise scope handles most of it: custom dashboards, specialized integrations, one-off sprints alongside a monthly plan.

What we will not do: full software-product development from zero, long-term dev team augmentation without a defined scope, broadcast ad creative, PR campaigns. If you need one of those we will point you at firms that do it well.

How does billing work?

Monthly invoicing, net 15. Card, ACH, or wire. First invoice on day one covering month one. Subsequent invoices on the first business day of each month. No setup fees. No onboarding fees.

Do you offer discounts for annual commitments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Paid annually up front: 10 percent off the monthly rate, billed once. Scale is $102,600 per year instead of $114,000. Growth is $48,600 instead of $54,000. Annual commitments run month to month after the 12 months; annual does not lock you into a second year.

Does pricing include ad spend, software, or third-party costs?

No. Pricing covers our work. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform. Your CRM, your marketing automation, and any client-specific tools are yours. Our own tooling (rank tracking, competitor analysis, reporting) is covered. We do not mark up ad spend or software.

What happens if I am not getting results?

We end it before it becomes a problem. The 90-day baseline exists so that by day 90 we know whether the strategy is working. If the priority metrics are flat we tell you, propose a revised plan, and if that does not land by day 120 we end the engagement ourselves. Our growth comes from clients who renew because the numbers moved.
