Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Utah, or by videoconference if both parties agree.
Small claims carve-out.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, provided the claim qualifies and remains in that forum.
No class actions.
All arbitrations and claims must be brought individually. You and iHost LLC waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Limitations period.
Any claim must be brought within one year of the cause arising, or it is permanently barred.
